Over my retreat , there was one book I could not put down. Every paragraph made me sigh. Every line was an aww moment. Here is one of my favorite part from Thich Nhat Hanh’s True Love…
“To practice hugging meditation, you must practice three mindful breaths, then form a lotus flower with your hands. At the same time the other person also prepares in the same way. And when you take the person you love in your arms, you must practice deeply. “Breathing in – I know that he is alive in my arms; breathing out – I am very glad about it.”
~ Thich Nhat Hanh, True Love ~
If you are a Buddhist or just in a relationship this is a must read. The affirmations/mantras are mind-blowing and perfect for deepening relationship bonds.

We are very good at preparing to live, but not very good at living…. Every breath we take, every step we make, can be filled with peace, joy, and serenity. We need only to be awake, alive in the present moment.
~ Thich Nhat Hanh, Peace is Every Step~
